Subscription plans

AlphaVault is sold as a recurring monthly digital subscription. Three tiers are offered: Starter (core AI signals and live markets), Pro Trader (adds portfolio tracking, premium insights, investment Q&A and backtesting) and Elite (adds AI chart analysis and priority features). Current prices, currency and billing period are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the account page.

Terms of service summary

By creating an account you agree to use AlphaVault for personal, lawful purposes. AlphaVault provides software and informational analytics only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no outcome or return is guaranteed. Trading and investing carry risk of loss, and all decisions remain the user's own responsibility. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms. Privacy summary

AlphaVault collects the account email, authentication data, subscription status and the portfolio or alert data a user chooses to store. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by AlphaVault. Data is used to operate the service, process payments and send service notifications, and is not sold. Users may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting support or deleting their account in-app. Full details are on the Privacy Policy page.

Refund and cancellation summary

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests for the most recent payment can be submitted by contacting support; eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
